Watching the coaches X accounts has given me a ton of clues. I thought Tyler Morris has been a silent commit for awhile. Zen from OSU also. Now could be Christian Harrison from Tennessee and Bradley Weaver from Ohio. Weaver is a DE and Harrison a DB. Couple of DBS from NC State hit the portal last week. One is a true safety. Fitzpatrick I think. I think we could over sign by a couple. The Benson transfer came out of nowhere. None of our coaches were following him until after he announced. That might have been a Bostad thing. I saw that Benson may have visited Miami last weekend. Our NIL has really helped us financially compete. This roster has been flipped again.

That is a good list. We could really use another pass rushing DE.
Tom - you are so right IMO - we absolutely need a complement to MK - no info whatsoever,but a certain DE from a team still in CFP coming home would be so nice.
Also Collins and Ndukwe are young players who could help. Ndukwe is very fast and he blocked 2 punts this year.
Yeah I think Ndukwe needs one more year of bulking up, but I think his ceiling is huge.

I am with you. He looks to be taking over the lead role currently occupied by Jack Sawyer. To me it feels like its the culmination of what he said his dream was so it would be strange to make that move now. But we've seen stranger things.
It would be a dream come true if Curry did transfer to IU but I doubt he does transfer.
Looks like OSU DE Mitchell Melton is in the portal.
Mitchell Melton plays EDGE & had 12 tackles & 2 sacks this year. A former 4* he fought back from injuries to play this year. He was mainly used for pass-rushing & has one more year of eligibility left. Another Buckeye also entered the portal, TE, Pat Gurd, originally a W/O.

14.5 sacks the last 2 seasons. 29.5 TFL? He will be 22 or 23 next year as well so he has experience and production to back it up. Having him and Landino rotating at DE, Kamara at the STUD position and Wheeler roaming the middle with a rotation of Ratliff, Tucker, Burris. We would have a genuinely strong DL that could help us compete at a high level against great OL's.
Hopefully Weaver is just going to Charlotte to see his old coach and come to IU.
Think Weaver is visiting Rutgers, but that decision is coming, it is not yet made
Ryland Gandy, is 6-0 180 lbs. who was a starter for Pitt this past season & has 2 years of eligibility remaining. He had a 63.4 % coverage & 33.7 tackling mark, missing 15 tackles.

Guys - sorry to have even mentioned Curry last night - obviously just wishful thinking on my part -thinking of him opposite of MK made me a little nutty- my bad.
I truly believe Curry wanted to come to Indiana.
I don’t know. When he was being recruited, there really was no comparison between the two schools. One was playing in the playoffs, the other was LEO and singing in the locker room.
It’s obviously different now. But he’s invested an awful lot of blood, sweat, and tears into that team. He’s earned his shot to shine next year. Then get drafted and play on Sundays. Great kid from a great family. Watched every game he played at CG. They told him he’d be the next Bosa brother.
I’d be thrilled to be wrong. But I’d also be shocked.
May be worth keeping an eye on where Damon Wilson from Georgia ( just entered the portal) ends up, OSU is certainly a possible landing spot. Not saying it would, but “could” change CC’s view of things
