Maybe the only good thing I will give DJT credit for in his 2 terms. Although what's more important is how it's put into action. Stop printing official materials in 8 languages if you want to save on administrative costs
It’s not easy. An old teammate of mine in Europe just this week got a letter from some third party about his shares being abandoned and didn’t understand what was going on. I said it’s on the up and up don’t do anything. He wrote back ah good. I want to keep them going up and up. Thank you my friend. Don’t let trump washbrain you ha ha ❤️Maybe the only good thing I will give DJT credit for in his 2 terms. Although what's more important is how it's put into action. I'm confused by the whiplash. Prior to Term 1 this wasn't a great country? (That was the first id heard that except from some on the left usually saying we are racist) Trump made it great, but it didn't feel that way for everyone because they turned around and voted in Sleepy. Sleepy fell asleep at the wheel and now Trump will make it great again?I told him too late!!! IM MAGA!!!!! ALL GAS NO BRAKES!!!!

In previous years I had long conversations (arguments at times) with the liberals here about making English the official language. Liberals hated (I assume still hate) that idea. It especially triggered them when I said immigrants really need to learn English to fully realize the American dream. I'm good with some level of English proficiency be a requirement for citizenship. English classes should be available for them. Children of immigrants will learn English as they grow up and attend school. Hopefully.
English proficiency needs to be included in the citizenship test. Congress should pass a law proclaiming English is the official language of the United States. Most countries of the world have an official language, and some have more than one. There is decent enough incentive to learn the English language and any kid going through school would be learning it (unless they find a school that is strictly taught in a different language - not aware of that being an option).
Not sure there's a need to force it given that the people most effected by it are the ones that can't speak English. But technology is at least getting to the point it can be used for helping translate.
Really! croquet has teammates?I told him too late!!! IM MAGA!!!!! ALL GAS NO BRAKES!!!!
In the U.K. and France for example, it is Arabic.. Most countries of the world have an official language,

It's Muricanese.Hell, we don’t even have the same English as the English.
Germany and Norway, and likely many, if not most, nations require language proficiency for citizenship. This is a good idea.English proficiency needs to be included in the citizenship test. It’s amazing how pathetic Europeans are today. They’d rather watch their countries die than work, half children, or anything respectable. They’re a bunch of trust fund kids, without the money.I told him too late!!! IM MAGA!!!!! ALL GAS NO BRAKES!!!!

In 25 years couples all over Europe will have conversations like this one: Ludvig. We have only money for one grand trip for our children. It is true Astrid. A trip they shall hold close for all their lives. Shall we show them London Astrid? Rome? Paris? No Ludvig. Those cities are dead. We know where we must go. The center of today. The center of tomorrow. Yes Astrid. Yes. Pigeon Forge. There’s no other choice

What's it matter? The laws are debated, passed, and published in English. Everyone here is obligated to know what the law demands of them, no matter their English proficiency.Nope. In some states you can take driver's license tests in multiple languages. It's a matter of public safety. What's it matter? The laws are debated, passed, and published in English. Everyone here is obligated to know what the law demands of them, no matter their English proficiency.
So what? They still have to learn what "Stop" means in English. Who cares what the text in the test is written in?In some states you can take driver's license tests in multiple languages. It's a matter of public safety.
And what happens when a police officer is pulling them over and goes on their walkie device and demands they pull over and the driver does not understand the commands? So what? They still have to learn what "Stop" means in English. Who cares what the text in the test is written in?
