They are not. And on top of it, most are driving cars with no license. They have killed a young boy on a school bus and injured many other children doing so. Lets just turn a blind eye. Kids are now terrified to ride the bus to school. One guy has been ticketed 4 times. No punishment. Again, lets turn a blind eye. The crime rate is through the roof. Police chiefs are so overwhelmed they do not know what to do.. This is a problem you tear jerkers want everyone else to fix . Or, just leave them alone. UNTILL they come to a neighborhood near you. Then, all hell breaks loose. Legally, fine . But they are not according to the police, not me. I will say it again, the law is the law. No punishment, then the law is useless. If you had to move to a different country for work, wouldn't you want to go somewhere where there was a significant portion of the population that was English speaking and you knew that there would already be an established community there that could help you adjust to life in that new location?
People are acting like this isn't something that has been happening in this country for literally hundreds of years. Think about it, you ever gone to a section of a city and it was "German Village", "Little Italy", or "Chinatown"? It's because racial groups flocked to those areas and established themselves there.
