He was not cooperating and had his lawyer give the FBI a letter saying he had returned them when Trump knew he hadn’t. He had an employee pack some up and move them to hide them (he’s also indicted) they had to search his house because he was NOT cooperating and was actively trying to keep documents.
Biden and Pence reported they had some documents and cooperated completely. I have no idea what Chinese facility you’re talking about, but that’s almost ceratainly a lie like everything else in your post. HRC had a total of 11 emails with classified information in them and they recovered every email that passed through her server.
