Deranged Jack Smith drops all charges

Oh wow wow. And let the hunter become the hunted. Bet these dumb Dems wish they had Gaetz now. Dumb. No trial experience. Horny. Dirty druggie. Preoccupied with gettin somethin cookin at happy hour not legal shit. Dems think two steps behind
Yeah, I think it's pretty clear Gaetz' pick for AG was a way to get him out of the House. If the Dems would have been smart, they'd have welcomed him as AG.

So much winning.

Told ya. Halperin is a Dem but is probably the best insider in Washington. He’s who broke the story of Biden dropping out. Aloha is going to shit himself when the truth is revealed.

The collusion we know about is enough that no one should ever countenance Democrats in our Justice system again.

From Nathan Wade visiting the Biden White House multiple times. To DOJ officials leaving to join Alvin Bragg, to E Jean Carrolls suit being financed by Reid Hoffman. To Jack Smith being appointed days after Trump announced he was running.

It was all rotten to the core. The whole time.

It would strain credulity to think that the various parties weren't back channeling information to each other through intermediaries. But that kind of thing, if done correctly, won't be discovered. How much the various offices coordinated their actions would be interesting to find out.

WOW, that is a lot of words, that rednecks would say.... That's bullshit and hang the M'fer/
I guess that is why lawyers make the life of those who built this country, even more difficult... for the lawyers to have a life.
Obliviously, you all win. Love you brad, but what our system has turned into... Well, you don't raise cattle like that, or the food that everyone eats everyday.
Even Tofu comes from somewhere. (again not a swipe at you specifically).

I didn't take that message personally at all. I don't understand it.

I can say it simpler, but that takes editing, and so time.

A simpler edit: I'd expect those prosecuting Trump did exchange information, but not directly. If they were smart, they did it in a way that you'll never be able to figure out--there will be no physical evidence and no traceable phone calls. I'm not sure if they actually coordinated timing or anything, but it would be fascinating to figure that all out.

Unfortunately, the this attempt is just as long as the first. Sorry. I don't get paid by the word, though, or the hour; only by results. I don't win most of the time.

You really got to feel for anyone that put any stock in this nonsense. The morons walk among us.
Smith is nutty but he was just the head dude who was picked by biden and willing to take the gig. He was shot down in the past by the Supreme Court 9-0. I doubt even some dems lawyers wanted o touch the lawfare. Smith will now flee to England where he lives. He actually isn't a good lawyer his past proves it.

I still can't believe the theory was trump was the easiest to beat but we still needed to take him out. Such bs. Zero chance Nikki Haley was winning the rust belt and dems knew it. She has no connection to the working class.

I doubt they did more than exchange some information which I wouldn’t think is unethical, let alone criminal. I’d bet that the Feds would have preferred the NY and Georgia cases never happened. The NY case played into the hand of Trump’s efforts to claim the cases were ALL political, and the Georgia case is largely redundant given the federal election interference case. Both federal cases were solid and more than enough.

The President doesn’t choose special prosecutors. Trump didn’t pick Mueller’s and Biden didn’t pick Smith. The AGs chose the them.

Biden is a moron. Harris is a moron. The party is run by squad staffers. And there was no pardon ability for state claims. I would bet my life brad’s take is spot on

I suspect it was more concerted than that.

Feds preferred state cases didn’t happen.

I suspect they were involved from the advent
Brad made no comment about the Feds preference for the state cases, but my opinion is the Feds would have preferred neither happened. I can’t imagine they liked either case, especially the NY case.

Leticia and Fonni did not bring those BS cases without first getting the green light from Garland and the WH. It was probably all Garland’s idea.

Biden has said he regrets picking Garland and that he likely would’ve won the election had there been more law fare.

Yeah no shit. Biden’s regret over his presidency was not going after trump sooner. Wtf. It’s childish and naive to not believe that shit wasn’t coordinated sanctioned etc

Why do you keep saying the federal cases were solid when the Sipreme Court tossed the Sarbanes Oxley charges for all the other J6 defendants? All cases were political. They all involved efforts at getting Trump, not seeking justice for crimes. Ya can’t rip off lady Justice’s blindfold cuz you don’t like Trump. Smith exposed himself as a dumbassed hack by the way he handled the records cased.

Because I’ve listened to legal scholars on POTUS channel from the right, left and center for more than a year. The overwhelming consensus is that both cases are solid and Trump was in serious danger of convictions in both. I’ve also read both indictments and reviewed the available evidence. IANAL but I can understand logical presentations.

No one is less biased than those of you who have decided to go all in on Trump. In the documents case it exposed rank hypocrisy of those who have themselves been responsible for safeguarding highly classified information. That one is by far the most important to me.

I also have no interest in defending any of the J6 criminals. Every one of them has embarrassed the party and the country.

I just don’t believe the “overwhelming consensus” part. Especially after SCOTUS’ Sarbanes opinion. The KKK statute has never been used. Except for Trump. That one is even more of a reach.

The Dem party in concert threw everything at the wall in hopes of as much sticking as possible. Some absurd like the property eval and stripper payoffs some legit like records etc. Records no one cared after they found same in Biden’s garage. Fanni and her bs eroded credibility in that case. Throw in whistle blowers with Biden thwarted and Hilary emails and all the rest and people just didn’t care anymore. Criminal acts became political acts by perception as the public thought trump was targeted. Cases not brought against others. Stats enacted to circumvent sol

I agree on the NY case and have said so. No getting around that being political. Georgia case is similar, and it's redundant because of the federal election interference case. Both federal cases are legitimate and should have been the only ones. The fact is that there were plenty of Republican investigators, jurors and others involved with those.

The Democrats abuse of the legal system for anti-Trump politics should be patently obvious to any objective person. The anti-Trumpers ruined the impeachment process, damaged the legal system, and exposed the fraud in the fourth estate. All are vital to the United States and we are worse off because of anti-Trump BS.

He never said find me more votes you dumbass. He said a simple signature verification would show many Biden mail in ballots were illegitimate. Nothing remotely illegal about that.

And he returned every document they asked for unlike Biden.

It was recorded you ****ng moron. Find a source other than a Soph in undergrad and you won’t be viewed as simply a source of comedy. And make no mistake that’s all you are. Comic relief. Most think you’re as dumb as a rock.

Not myself @dbmhoosier, I appreciate you calling your November shot. Keep the updates and truth coming. Murt is just a little cranky because his wardrobe is out of style. I had a similar feeling when JNCO jeans and french rolling went out of style. Sad time in my life.
