His point was that there is redundancy on this years team. I don’t think anyone will argue that Liam isn’t having a better start than Mack last year. However, the comparison that matters is how they compare this year. Mgbako is averaging 22 and 8 and shooting percentages are 70+, 60+, and 90. Could we use Liam? Sure. Yet we have a player performing better so we will be fine. I’m not a woody apologist. I’m just an IU fan that refuses to give up on the season regardless of my feelings on the coach.

You want experienced guards playing. They don't have any guards signed for next season and will lose 2 which would leave Rice, Carlyle and Newton which would leave them needing 2 more. He's been bringing the ball up when paired with Galloway and playing the 2 spot in the big perimeter lineup. His future is at the 2 spot but will probably play 3 with KC/MR.

Id rather never see them play. If they are playing we are in trouble. This team should play 8, and Hatton if needed if Ballo and Malik are in foul trouble. Newton isn't ready to play (doubt he ever will be sadly)
