Allen's ability to hire coordinators is going to go down a legendarily bad. He's hired four defensive coordinators. One of them was good. And only one of them Guerreri had any experience. On the offensive side he hired one good coordinator out of three. I predicted the Bell disaster the day he was hired. And it's been worse than I imagined. The crazy thing is he's got two guys on staff who really had good records as OC's: Tucker and Rod Carey who was an exceptional coordinator. Carey had a big impact last year improving the line and I have no doubt he'd fix this office. Allen just can't hire good people. And he's not good enough to coach bad coach up.
