I can’t imagine the level of incompetence the dufus from LOS displayed when green-lighting this. Dude from Cincy openly admits this is to farm the fertile recruiting grounds of Indy. Damn.

What do they care? Its revenue for the stadium, as well as for the shops and restaurants and hotels in what would likely be another sleepy weekend in Indy.
