What the.....didn't he say otherwise at his PC? Didn't he sign something there? This kind of thing happens TO IU, not FOR IU.
He never signed, said FIU, but always wanted IU. Parents finally relented.

I feel sorry for the kid. It seems clear he was pulled in many directions. I think he made the right choice staying close to home and I hope he does well there.
