Indy Eleven has been selling tickets all year that match the date of the game. i.e. May 4th a ticket cost $5.40. I have to pay more than that for a high school game. I'd hope they would draw 9k at those prices.

I’m friends with a girl who played college soccer. Oklahoma and SMU. Beautiful girl. I swear to Jesus she went up two cup sizes after leaving college and not running around the pitch all day every day. It is crazy what soccer will do to breast size.

Clark hasn't played internationally professionally yet, which is something most of these women HAVE to do to make real money playing basketball. It may not be something Clark never has to do, given her endorsements. However, what that means is there are many US women's veterans who are stars in Europe.
Now what that means in terms of eyeballs for the Olympics likely doesn't carry as much weight as women's soccer or men's basketball, but one thing is sure, they weren't carrying Iowa women's basketball the general European public. Clark has had zero exposure to the European market, let alone other markets beyond the US.
As the WNBA increases its BRI, it may allow the women to have a regular season in the US, without having to play over seas, allowing them to grow the game as a league together, as the men have done over the last 20 years (the major stars beforehand notwithstanding of course), vs. just having their own regional brands through their clubs.
