Mullen is our best DB since Tracy Porter. Mullen could eventually be better than Porter and that's very high praise.

I'm happy to see IU won the decade against Purdue. IU should be better than Purdue, I've said that for years now. Indiana has FINALLY committed resources to the program, should've been done when Bill was screaming for funding.

Did a quick count. Since the OSU game that was a "program changer" for Purdue, they are 6-12.

I felt like the Music City Bowl loss to Auburn exposed Purdue. I don't know how much that affected this year's results, but that was a truly historical loss for Purdue.

I'm certain they will have a better year next year. Their injuries piled up on them and had to affect their results. They do have some nice talent that should help their cause.

The Bucket games going forward should be highly, highly entertaining and competitive. Indiana has a very young team, probably as young as Purdue. We know Penix is a very dangerous QB that if healthy, could beat most teams. I like Indiana's upcoming teams and I think they'll be able to piggyback very good seasons on top of this year! The extra practices and bowl game should help this program out tremendously.
