Biden Approval Rating

Biden is what happens when you order a president through the mail . . .
Tip of the hat sir, this is pretty good.

That being said, there is a part of me that kindof hopes the mail voting fraud goes overboard and we get to a point that it's eliminated altogether.

Meaning if you're not physically able to get to a poll than you're not able to vote.

Since the GOP keeps getting older and older while the Dems dominate the youth, my bet is that it would exponentially crimp the republican base.

It would give the benefit of not having to wait for republicans to actually die off....just being gravely sick would expedite that advantage.

Plus it would ensure that those voting are mentally capable of voting. No more old demented fools being counted right?

So yeah, keep pushing that voting by mail just leads to massive amounts of fraud.

Yes since the Covid pandemic hit us in Jan 2018 a mere year into Trump's Presidency, then obviously it was Obama's fault that the Trump Administration didn't have ample time to replenish either the ventilator or mask supply. If nothing else they should have left a playbook outlining those shortages and highlighting a plan to continue to rebuild those items since the Obama Administration wasn't able to get the job done by Jan 2017...

Obviously I'm being sarcastic since by now everyone knows that Trump simply halted any attempts at Pandemic preparedness. Not only did he eliminate the CDC virologist position embedded in China in late summer 2019, but he also argued in both the 2017 and 2018 budgets for cuts to pandemic preparedness in order to divert funds to his Wall. In fact his 2020 claim during the pandemic that Obama "left the cupboard bare" is especially disingenuous since in those earlier budget discussions his Admin argued that the reason they could afford to cut pandemic preparedness funds is because "Obama left the cupboards full and well stocked"...

Now I can go back and find links to prove what I'm telling you if necessary, but I don't post facts like that without them being accurate. You don't normally strike me as one of the "alternative reality" types, so hopefully you realize that I'm telling you exactly what happened.

I will say that the Obama Admin was at fault for assuming someone rational (in terms of pandemic preparedness) would win in 2016 and the program would keep moving forward towards restocking the depleted supplies. So Obama is at fault for not anticipating a Bozo like Trump would be elected. And then when that happened, not being able to convince the grownups in the Trump Admin to follow thru. Although to be honest, when the incoming Trump team failed to show up at the scheduled briefing on the issue with Susan Rice that was seemingly a pretty good indicator that the grown ups didn't have much cache...

He has dementia in my opinion ... I've had some relatives with it so I've seen it first hand. It's sad to see someone go there...my MIL got so she didn't even know my name..... she was sick ... not addled.

Yes, college football games have long been hotbeds of Trumper/deplorables.
Beyond the fact that mixing politics and sports is a strange brew to be concocted by people that were so incensed because Colin Kaepernick dared to do it, I'm wondering if you can point me to the right wing elements calling out the chants. You'll notice that in the clip I posted about Trump being booed at the WS, as well as the link below there are multiple examples of people who are not Trump fans calling out the chants of "lock him up" that were directed towards Trump at the game as un-American and contemptable...

Has anyone on the Right shown the same level of courage in denouncing the FJB chants? You'll notice how this clip is from the very next morning AND comes from MSNBC- the "commie-lib network".

The Daily Show once again effectively exposing Fox Opinion hosts for their blatant and transparent bias for the home team, using their own words against them.

Adled.... demented. I don't see the difference, but OK. Let's just call him demented.

If you actually do know people with dementia, then you should also know how irresponsible it is for you to take your political distaste for Biden and transform it into a medical diagnosis.

Cosmic to the rescue.... the article I link made it clear that it was both Obama's (Yes Obama even though I know you want to clear him completely) and Trump's fault. There have been lots of articles saying the same thing.

Rasmussen's 10/12 poll has Biden underwater at 43/56, Economist/YouGov 10/12 poll has Biden 42/51 & Politico/MorningConsult 10/11 poll has 46/51 so it's worth asking if this CNN poll isn't the outlier.

Biden and his Bernie/AOC idiots better get their socialists policies through quick.

The Dems are going to get annihilated in 2022.

To look ahead to the 2022 mid term elections it might be helpful to see what happened in 2018 when the Dems made gains.

Will the Dems in 2022 not have a big turnout as they did in 2018? Afterall, they don't have Trump in the White House to rile them up, and they may be disappointed in Biden.

However, a lot can happen between now and November 2022 with the economy always being a big factor.

God, this thread is impossibly long. I'm not going to read all this stuff.

Here's all that anyone needs to know:

The only "approval rating" that matters is the one established by the 2020 election. It established the following:

On Sunday Trump had an approval rating of X and Biden had an approval rating of X+1.

On Monday, Trump had an approval rating of X and Biden had an approval rating of X+1.

On Tuesday, Trump had an approval rating of X and Biden had an approval rating of X+1.

On Wednesday, Trump had an approval rating of X and Biden had an approval rating of X+1.

On Thursday, Trump had an approval rating ofX and Biden had an approval rating of X+1.

On Friday, Trump had an approval rating of X and Biden had an approval rating of X+1.

On Saturday, Trump had an approval rating of X and Biden had an approval rating of X+1.
Yeah, cause who cares how the current president is actually performing🙄

Agree.

They are terrible, but fate and the voters are fickle. Conjecture at this point about '22 is useless.
This ^^^^. Twenty-four hour news needs constant fodder. Anyone putting any faith in a current poll as a predictor for an election a year from now is a fool. Trump's numbers yo-yo'd. So do those of every Pres. Anyone looking honestly at polls from Nov. 2019 would have predicted a comfortable Trump win. Covid and the events from March2020 on rendered that all useless.

Remember when GHW Bush set the record for Pres popularity after Desert Storm, then lost the Presidency the next year when the economy faltered and Ross Perot pistol-whipped him for NAFTA ? The public has the attention span of pre-schooler.

You can only hope.

Doesn't matter what I might hope for. If the current pace of inflation doesn't correct, the dems are going to lose their majorities and Biden is screwed for the next two years. If it eases and the economy is strong, you're going to be a hysterical bitch until 2024 at least. Not complicated, even for you.

Tell us how tax rate cuts caused the deficit to grow, teacher.

I'll give this one more try for your stupid ass. Then I'm done with you, WC Ord. Tax receipts rise during a strong economy, regardless of rate. Rate cuts for the highest earners offset those receipts - i.e. the receipts would have been even larger had the rate cuts not occurred. Planned spending was set based on the bogus supply-side expectations that cutting those rates was going to generate far more revenue than it actually did. Hence, the increase in the deficit. The same thing that happened under Reagan and under GW Bush. All of this based on the incorrect assumption of a Laffer Curve, something the economist who developed that theory has himself discredited as wrong.

Now, you can crawl back under your rock.

"receipts would have been even larger had the rate cuts not occurred."

Yeah, that's another Democrat talking point. And you have no way of proving that. The fact is, revenue did rise, and it didn't cause the deficit - spending did.

It took you long enough to google it, although I'm surprised you didn't know it by heart.

Hopefully the parents of the children you teach wise up and petition the school board to keep you from teaching partisan talking points instead of actual economic principles.

I googled nothing, just decided to shut your mouth rather than continue to resist responding to your ignorance - knowing anything I say won't change your feeble mind. You really should see if my school board would allow you to come in and audit my Econ. course. You could learn a lot. On the other hand, I teach a lot of bright kids. You'd probably get laughed at, maybe even bullied.

Yeah, right. Funny you didn't use that argument last night when I was owning you.

I'm sure they are bright until they've taken your class.

I see you are trying to have an intelligent discussion with DANC, but you might as well save the trouble. Your post above is about the apex of his cognitive skills.
P.S. You may want to dumb even this one down, or he may hurt his neck trying to watch as it flies over his head.

And what we're already seeing in Virginia. Polls evidencing a very, very close race. Moderates/independents unhappy with the far left, the economy, etc. Looking good for a Republican win in Virginia. Desperate Dems bring in all the hired hands to lend a hand. Abrams coming. Obama coming. What happens on the republican side? Trump. Toxic, terrible trump. The second he interjects himself into the VA race he'll get dems off the couch, galvanize dems to get out and vote, and VA will go to the Dems. Anyone blind to the deleterious impact of Trump is a moron

Not really.
This is funny, if you're a (D)/anti-t(R)umper/sane. Talk about a trojan horse, from within, yikes!

https://www.mediaite.com/entertainm...-to-vote-did-nancy-pelosi-write-this-for-him/

There's bone head, trojan horse, & tRump with too much cider. Him emailing his supporters, & telling them not to vote in 22 or 24, unless the 2020 election is overturned, that's as insane, counter productive & as idiotic as I've ever seen.

Actually, I hope they do as Trump wants/instructs them to do. Maybe that will open the shielded eyes of some in party leadership.

And they wonder why

(R) votes are fast disappearing

Things turned out well for Dems after all those heavy hitters showed up in VA.

"Here's some fancy looking graphs with colors and everything, laid over each other like they're somehow related. Hope you're impressed."

Labor productivity measures the hourly output of a country's economy. Specifically, it charts the amount of real gross domestic product (GDP) produced by an hour of labor.
