No not a chance those speeches are written for him and he just reads what is put in front of him. He does not have the stomach to push back against the leftists pushing this stuff or he simply does not care. What gets me is how angry he gets. He's always been a smart-ass. But his mental condition has made him very angry and it shows almost every time he's in front of the media. In his not-so-old videos, he wasn't like that.
