I have no idea on logistics, but I was told that Mullins was at the Tennessee/Alabama football game. Not messing with you at all. He was standing right in front of us at the Fox pregame show.

That line of thinking is old fashion, along with believing he would have better opportunities here after basketball as a "hometown hero". It's not 1960 anymore...3-4 games a year on a tin-foil topped, rabbit-eared and fuzzy screened Ch 4 with Chesty potato chip commercials. What's staying home going to get him, a larger network as an insurance salesman? More home listings as a real estate agent? It's a smaller world now, getting smaller by the day with the speed of technology. He'll go where he has the best chance to demonstrate his basketball skills during the time allotted. Nothing else matters in this coddled world of today's athletes we choose to worship.Wouldn’t going to IU be better for his family to be able to see him play?

Buns up and kneeling, you don’t have to see his face, a total disgrace. From what I have heard, you are easy.
Great idea. Might be one slight problem.Mullins to UCONN. Fire Woodson after this season and get Brad Stevens. It’s time to dominate in football and basketball.
I wasnt worried about Haralson, aka Kris Wilkes 2.0 but losing Mullins sucks..Two five star kids in IU back yard. Ouch
Even Buckner won’t be able to sweep another underachieving season under the rug.Great idea. Might be one slight problem.
Two five star kids in IU back yard. Ouch
Woodson‘s offense sucks!I wasnt worried about Haralson, aka Kris Wilkes 2.0 but losing Mullins sucks..
Fat Elvis??I'm hearing he was front row at Elvis performance in Vegas. This is getting confusing.
Congrats. Must take some of the sting out of our FB successTwo five star kids in IU back yard. Ouch
100 percent could u imagine Bruce Pearl here or Chris Beard great recruiters and the NIL money wow...In just five months a bright new era of IU basketball can begin. Old Man Woodson can go play golf and nap while IU hires a real head coach fully committed to the job.
He was wheelin' and dealin'Buns up and kneeling, you don’t have to see his face, a total disgrace.
Mike Woodson without the donors would be like Mike Davis without Bracey Wright, DJ White & Marco Killingsworth. If that makes any sense.100 percent could u imagine Bruce Pearl here or Chris Beard great recruiters and the NIL money wow...
Who is James Madison's basketball coach?Mullins to UCONN. Fire Woodson after this season and get Brad Stevens. It’s time to dominate in football and basketball.
I seriously doubt Dusty ever coaches at IU. Hes got too many things against him at Michigan.keeping on eye on Dusty Mays' B10 performance
Yes he did. These guys love our assistant coaches it seems. Not enough though.Mullins did throw IU and Woodson under the bus big time. Hopefully he’s a one and done like Hurley promised
Not sure what you mean by "things against him".I seriously doubt Dusty ever coaches at IU. Hes got too many things against him at Michigan.
Transfer rules at Michigan are hard to overcome. NIL isn’t great(for basketball). He’s playing with a different set of rules up there. Not sure what you mean by "things against him".
don't see that happening. I think they'll either do well enough to garner an extension (pretty minimal in my mind: top 4 and making the tourney), or Dolson will recognize CMW ain't the guy and make a power play and get him out.Dolson will get another shot to get the next hire right. Woody imho won’t get an extension. Will ride this contract out probably. (Even though that normally doesn’t happen)
I'm not sure of that statement either, I like his Michigan team, his recruiting is going just fine, they will compete! May does have a F4, Woodson never will! Not sure what you mean by "things against him".
I don't know what will happen, but I don't know how a coach can recruit '25 and especially '26 with a contract expiring in '26. Recruits are going to wonder who will be their coach after one or two years, and also why the coach they're committing to didn't get a new contract. It's messy.don't see that happening. I think they'll either do well enough to garner an extension (pretty minimal in my mind: top 4 and making the tourney), or Dolson will recognize CMW ain't the guy and make a power play and get him out.
Who needs great NIL? IU has great NIL??? How is it working? I think most players want to WIN! Michigan will be the surprise of the BT. From all indications May can build a team and coach! I think IU needs to spend more NIL on their football program.Transfer rules at Michigan are hard to overcome. NIL isn’t great(for basketball). He’s playing with a different set of rules up there.
I've never seen any NIL $ made public anywhere. As far as transfer rules, are you saying UM frowns on transfers? I do know May got a commitment from what many consider the #1 rated foreign player Goodman recently.Transfer rules at Michigan are hard to overcome. NIL isn’t great(for basketball). i think Dolson already knows it. The question is will he be allowed to.don't see that happening. I think they'll either do well enough to garner an extension (pretty minimal in my mind: top 4 and making the tourney), or Dolson will recognize CMW ain't the guy and make a power play and get him out.
They only take up to sophomore credits or graduate transfers. They have lost recruits because of this. They had a junior transfer from Stanford that lost almost all his credits but stayed anyway. The NIL for basketball is an afterthought compared to a lot of places.I've never seen any NIL $ made public anywhere. As far as transfer rules, are you saying UM frowns on transfers?
