On your starting times, I posted something about this when the merger with the Pac 10 Teams were completed. Washington had a bye week leading into the game, but two weeks ago, They played at Iowa. Both games had noon Eastern Time kicks. So for two consecutive games, Washington had to travel to the Midwest for a 2 or 3 hour time zone change. That has to get old and disruptive over the course of the season. but that is the price of admission those Schools paid for access to the additional money.1. During game day, they talked about a specific football only weight room and someone stepped up with $1 million to help with that. They couldn't believe other athletes could use it previously. (for all you previous largest weight room in the country chest pounders)
2. Washington players were on the field warming up at 7am their time.
3. The field doesn't look good on tv. Big sun glare. Field needs changed maybe similar to Colts new field.
4. Really need to put a press box and suites end to end and quickly.
Take this to the extreme. With a nine game Conference Schedule, You have 4 or 5 Road Games. At best in a nine game Schedule You could end up with 3 of your 9 games played in the Pacific Time zone. At worst, You could end up with 5 Road trips across 2 or more time zones. Certainly not an ideal situation.
