Cooper's Touchdown/ Interaction With Cignetti

Then by the end Cig was smiling a little. Since somebody had mentioned it in the chat I watched the play a few times. Other than holding the ball by one hand sort of down at his side for the last stride into the endzone I didn't see anything either. If Cig saw that and was upset he's got an eye for detail. Maybe felt the ball could be dropped. Just guessing, spitballing.
For whatever it’s worth, Doyle mentioned that was the case, the way he handled the ball, in his article.

He also mentioned how it ended with him smiling.

One conservative’s argument for a Harris vote

That's not the only difference. Governments can refinance their debt in perpetuity. Individuals can't. Eventually you die, and your debt comes out of your estate. Governments can just keep borrowing.

And where does the money come from to pay the refinanced debt?

Ultimately, you’re still left with having to monetize it if you can’t sell the bonds to anybody else — refinancing doesn’t make it rational to revenues.

As it stands, roughly 2/3 of our public debt is held by the Fed. And that is certain to grow as the demand for US Treasuries doesn’t even come close to big enough. The only way the Fed can get the money to buy Treasuries is to create it.

M. Rhule is a piece of crap ..

You guys must be reading that stupid Indiana True Fans or Indiana Fever HQ Facebook nonsense that is being posted out there and run by overseas foreign online accounts.

They are spam accounts on Facebook that run these egregious false articles about college football. And the most recent one they said that Matt Rhule had claimed that Cignetti was paying off the refs $500,000 for the game last week.

They run false headlines, and the articles are loaded with spam and viruses.

Can someone explain to me how in the hell

It’s been a combination of things I think.
The favorable schedule has been huge with 8 very winnable home.games.
The first two away games were good match ups as well.
We deserved a break with the schedule,we have gotten the other end of it many times.
Cig being able to bring his whole staff with him is also huge.
Cig’s ability to evaluate talent was a factor.
Many were worried he was bringing too many JMU guys with him.
That he didn’t know what type of player it would take to compete in this conference, the man knows what he’s doing.
Many questioned bringing in a MAC QB but he targeted him as a priority and it’s worked out pretty well I would say.
Small school, big school, football is football,if you can play you can play.
No matter how the rest of the season plays out, this has been a lot of fun.
It’s easy sometimes to catch lightning in a bottle, the real test will be to see if he can sustain what he’s started.
We have snuck up on some teams this year, going forward the target will be on our back,I hope we can handle it.

If that was the discussion, I can understand Cig's position. There have been several plays in recent weeks in other games where that has happened costing teams a touchdown. If I were Coaching, I would be teaching the Players to run through the end line of the end zone with full control of the ball rather than the goal line. That way there is no question about how long the Player had control.

Still TBA for game at MSU.

Good post. Exactly, which is why people (networks) pay tens of millions of dollars to schools for the rights. They make 100 times and fans pay. I do not do Peacock, but NBC has a plan, and they paid to execute it. Time to sneak down for a burger at the local bar. Go Hoosiers!
