I'm playing in my first DG tournament tomorrow in the MA3 division with about 30 in our division. I hurt my throwing shoulder a few weeks ago so I'll be throwing 95% forehand (anything outside of 75-100 ft). Even with the handicap, my goal is to shoot Even for the tourney and, if I'm feeling ok, about -8 to win the damn thing for the Hoosier Nation.

Let me know what you think will help me make it to the podium and let the Colorado natives and other transplants know that Disc Golf is more than a game in Indiana.

Should I bring a Bluetooth speaker and loudly listen to Mellencamp on repeat?

Yes - there are a series of overseas Facebook accounts that go by various names, and they are doing this with all the teams, not just IU. They run all these outlandish, false stories to get you to click on the links, which are loaded with spam, pop-ups and viruses.
They had one about Rhule and Cig. They had one about Day and Rhule. The articles (and I don’t recommend clicking on them) have not only false, defaming claims but complete inaccuracies. They ran one a week back indicating that Ryder Anderson is rejoining the IU team. Guy has been graduated for 2 years and trying to make an NFL roster and was on the Giants practice squad at one time. The accounts are run out of 3rd world countries. People are buying these hook,line and sinker and getting all riled up.

I understand why the betting markets are favoring him (although those have been dropping slightly for him the past couple days...and I would expect some volatility here on out). Most people are assuming that he's going to win AZ, GA, and NC. He may or may not win NV -- but winning there, for him, is not enough to get him to 270. I think it gets him to 268. NV almost becomes immaterial.

I think NC will go Trump. AZ and GA are more up in the air. But, assuming he does win those 3 states, then he just has to win one of the Rust Belt battlegrounds. Harris would have to win all 3.

It looks to me like she's going to win Michigan. If so, then it comes down to Wisconsin and Pennsylvania. Of the two, I think Trump looks better in PA. Wisconsin is as tight as a duck's arse.

Why would anybody look at all this and have confidence in how it will turn out?

I have no plan to work for anyone, ever again. I had set the stage for my own consulting/ independent Rep gig 3 years ago. LLC is set up, contacts stored, feelers sent out and positive reviews received. NOW, 8 days unemployed, with $ in the bank, I am in a slow roll of analysis paralysis. I expect to get over it in the nest 3-4-5..... Months or years... I've not decided which yet. :)
With the exception of Medical, I can live on $800-$1000 a month.... I've got time to figure it out. Now just to convince the wife that her meat options are squirrel or deer, unless she picks up a 2nd job! Totally up to her. :)

Open park with many large trees. Mostly flat but has a few nice elevation changes. Very challenging course. If you have never played this course make sure you print the map off of this site (under links/files), you WILL need it. After hole 4, cross the bridge across parking lot near hole 1...

Interesting as I am now investigating Health insurance. The Wife has IBS, but has been well maintained for 3-4 yrs via medication and a procedural Colonoscopy every 2 years.
Obama care is $1200 a month, Thanks O'bama. Private insurance that doesn't cover the IBS is <$400 a month.
Why again are my tax $$'s paying for Mark (and other) health insurance when I can't afford to pay for my own?

I think the Hot Box name came to be because they used the Pizza Express name and got sued by the real Pizza Express. I remember seeing it in Broad Ripple and being excited, then realized it wasn't the beloved Pizza Express that got me through a bunch of Sunday nights when living in Teter.
