We finally lucked out. Best coach in my lifetime was Denny Green. Been strugglin' ever since. But for some unknown reason, everyone passed on Zimmer for years, and he was available when we were in the market. Thank the gods we didn't make the same mistake as everyone else. He's got a long way to go before you can even begin to talk about him in the same sentence as guys like Belichick, Tomlin, etc., but he's the real deal at least, and the Vikes haven't had the real deal in a long time.
