There's also strong correlation between fire trucks and ice cream (both more frequent in the summer). I think this has more to do with Ware's dev, MM connecting the dots and Galloway settling into the point.

Having a senior guard with experience you can play, even an erratic one, over a freshman would logically make a team better. Regardless of how they are performing statistically.

Especially when that freshman doesn't consistently contribute anything on either end of the floor yet.

The defense has been the difference in this streak

The good thing about having X back is he pushes in transition and it means you don't have play Gunn.

X is still wobbly with the ball, but his defense is better.

X is erratic, but they all play faster which seems to suit them better.

Hmm. Two road conference wins and win over a team that was in the Top 25 until recently.

X was mostly Bad X tonight, but he clearly brings something this team has sorely lacked. He plays fast. Pushes the ball which helps everyone else play fast. And he totally f’s with other team’s pg. That kid with the rooster hairdo was getting whatever he wanted until X came in. And the spin he made to the layup stymied whatever run Minny was thinking about.

Actually, they are supposed to happen, as they did. But still the two road games are against coaches/teams almost as bad as Woodson. My opinion. You can enjoy it though. And the medicore MSU spartans coming into Assembly Hall this weekend.
