Did you ever say anything when Obama and Biden were doing all their executive orders? Trump is in charge of doge from everything I have seen.

If you are pretending Trump is running DOGE then are you closing your eyes to Musk? Who sent in votes for Musk? Who approved his position? Definitely not Congress.

Every president has done executive orders. However, Congress is in charge of the purse so shouldn't they have a say in closing departments?

I am curious how he thought shrinking govt proves someone isn't a dictator. Technically a dictator would shrink power to one person (himself). And firing watchdogs is something a wannabe dictator would do first.

In my dictatorship. I would do as Mao did with his Red Guard during the Cultural Revolution or Hitler did with his youth. Indoctrinate the impressionable kids, win them to your side. To cram down this fealty I would entirely shut down the Department of Education.

In my military dictatorship, I would rule with an iron fist, building up a military that would thwart all challengers foreign and domestic. To do this, I would propose a 40% cut to the Pentagon budget.

In my dictatorship. I would nurture and rehabilitate my image abroad and at home. Using the soft power of aid grants and cultural purveyance to win favor to me. Accordingly, I would shut down USAID.

These are all things that make sense in the mind of a moron.

That's not how it works. When Congress appropriates money it's the executive's obligation to spend it. Refusing to do so is unlawful.
