Biden is. I saw enough from him in that debate to feel fine with him sitting at a desk, slowly working through and digesting issues, and making decisions.
His “will you carry your own bag” line was clever and witty… So it’s in there. He just can’t memorize 90 minutes worth of material, and stand for 90 minutes.
Incredibly low bar. Doesn’t mean I think he should be our President. But he has enough clarity to make decisions, I’m sure.

He won't ever need to stand on a stage for 90 plus minutes, try to remember a bunch of 3-4 minute preplanned scripts, AND quickly recall the various come backs they worked on to combat Trumps attacks and lies.
90% of his days could, and probably should, be comprised of an even blend of desk work in the Oval Office, short meetings around Washington with party leaders, short meetings with foreign officials, etc...
Third of all...what are the evaluation standards any more with regards to being fit for the POTUS? Would talking about drinking bleach be allowed? Or looking like a special needs kindergartner trying to draw on a map? Or holding your water like a paraplegic?

It’s power and greed. Most of them in his administration are socialists/communists who get off on it and they’re not productive enough to produce actual value in society. They lose all of it, if Biden steps away. To be fair, Democrats will still vote for him because he has a “D” next to his name.

You yourself said one of the things you like about a potential Trump 2.0 is that he won't do much of anything. Biden is more than capable of just taking up space, going to some meetings, giving advice, etc... It'll be embarrassing and sad to watch his final decline, but there will be people running things while its happening. With Trump, a different version of embarrassment and sadness, but one of the problems, as we saw when he faced his only real crisis, is he doesn't allow people around him to actually run things.
Outside the fact that I think he's an absolute despicable human being, rotten to his core...far worse than the subpar human being I think Biden is... the thing that actually worries me about Trump 2.0 is how horrible he is at crisis management. He's never been good at it. He has a long path of burning wreckage in his wake. I don't want the United States to become his next failure. As bad as it is in many ways right now, we're not a failed nation. We're still outperforming most of the world in most ways. But there are real crisis brewing. And I don't trust Trump...like not an ounce of trust...to navigate us through the troubled waters ahead. I don't trust Biden either, hell he's created a lot of the choppy waters...but I do trust a "Biden Administration" to keep us from catastrophic level failures. And I honestly don't care if its Jill, or Kamala, or whoever actually steering the ship.
The flaw in your argument is the deception. “There will be people running things while it’s happening.” I didn’t vote for them. Who are they? Are they the people who like defunding police? Climate crazies? Open borders? Do they want bigger gov and cradle to grave benes? Who are these people?

This isn’t based on anything besides your emotions and hatred for Trump. He was President for 4 years and the U.S. was better off and the world safer during Trump’s presidency than it currently is with Biden.
So you think Trump overruled Fauci and his band of merry men running Covid response?
Besides correctly banning flights from China and helping push through quick developement of the vaccine, where did Trump go against Fauci?
