to me you either have to fire him or give him an extension after this year because if you don't it will hurt recruiting.

What would he do? That's a really dumb question. Sorry, but he'd extend him and all would be well. What the heck do you think he'd do? He's not going to fire CKW if he wins 9 games just because he blew one game.
