I like the idea of Phinisee looking to score more. It just isn't going to happen with Smith or Green.
Stop playing 3 guards against good rebounding teams.
Generate better movement to get open shots instead of making the entire offense based on high ball screen or interior feed to morgan.
Focus on constant defensive pressure and boxing out on rebounds.
Work on shooting off of screens, particularly for Romeo and Green.
Work the young guys into the rotation and demand effort all the time.

Good points. By 3 guards do you include Romeo, because to me he is basically a forward and a pretty good rebounder. We rebounded better last year with McSwain as our center. These guys just have to want it more.
