What makes a person likable??

Just more proof that there's a market for it.

I see a business plan and .gov grants in my future. I'll just have to do it through a shell LLC my wife would own to get that sweet, sweet minority/woman owned status.
Need a partner?

You going all in?

What's your character?

I could do sales. You could do legal. Now, all we need is an operations guy who would actually do the work.
Oh I think we should do that together.

"Now, look here geeks: don't touch a boob unless she says you can. Don't make all the black players be orcs. They get to be heroes, too. What else do you need to know . . . "

[Sound of notes being taken]

"Damn it, AElric (real name--legally changed on his license at 18), stop picking your nose and pay attention. Hooky here is going to be teaching you about knots and real knives and shit."

This biz plan is going to write itself. We'll be printing money.

It'll all come down to how bulletproof the waiver they sign will be.

Pretty sure you should have been banned for your comment to DANC. Did you apologize?

Aloha, you seem to get extremely emotional on this site. Some time off may do you good.

I said what I said, it is what it is. Walz definitely has something going on. Those jazz hands are something else. 😂😂😂
DANC is a decorated veteran. The way the left treats vets and men of the cloth on this board is shocking. What happened to this country. No Kamala. We are going back. Let’s make America great again

I was just reading the above article and a couple stuck out that really makes a person unlikable to me:
  • They don't try to impress.
  • They don't preach
To be honest I kinda combine those two because I been around too many people who preach trying to impress others on how much they know. No matter the subject they know all about it and I immediately know that they don't know sh$t.
All the other things are important but those two are the two that stood out to me.
Well, I am out. I preach every week and lead a Bible study during the week.

There are maybe 2 likeable people on these boards based on those criteria
I want to go on the record and say that I love everybody on Indiana Rivals. If you ever face trials and difficult times I will pray for you. Now the truth is I don't like everyone. But I don't have to like everyone. I am commanded to love everyone.

We had a really good thing going here with LARPing and a new business that could translate to Nigeria and you guys have to go muck it up with your infighting.

Speaking of Africa, watch the last Grand Tour episode. Zimbabwe was well represented. Beautiful country when it tries to be.

Standing in front of Victoria Falls with no guardrails between you and the gorge is PRIMAL. Too bad they filmed during the dry season. It gets tuned up in the winters.

Leviticus 19:33-34. Until I see something on here from you that actually reconciles with these verses, I call BS

How much better would this place be if we replaced that worthless wc book club with a weekly Bible study group led by you
New Testament (Jesus) came to fulfill the law of the OT, not discard it.

Let me ask you this. Were the foreigners illegal or legal in the Bible? There was the concept of invasion back then. They would go to war with the Phillistines for instance. What this is talking about is legal residents. For instance Abram was from Ur of the Chaldeans which was where Iraq is now. He was one man got permission to settle in Canaan. So this passage is not saying just let everyone into your country.

You’re proving to be an absolute joke. Your scripture knowledge is impeccable I’m sure. Your interpretation is pathetic

I see. So you don't eat pork or shellfish?

The better response was probably that the two are substantially similar, with the latter being an even bigger demand than the earlier and would equally apply to illegal aliens.

But that doesn't change the fact that John 13:34 is pretty fundamental to Christianity, no?

Absolutely fundamental. No doubt.

This kinda sounds like the old covenant is being discarded by the adoption of the new:

Hebrews 8:1–13
The New International Version

The High Priest of a New Covenant
8 Now the main point of what we are saying is this: We do have such a high priest,s who sat down at the right hand of the throne of the Majesty in heaven,t 2 and who serves in the sanctuary, the true tabernacleu set up by the Lord, not by a mere human being.
3 Every high priestv is appointed to offer both gifts and sacrifices,w and so it was necessary for this one also to have something to offer.x 4 If he were on earth, he would not be a priest, for there are already priests who offer the gifts prescribed by the law.y 5 They serve at a sanctuary that is a copyz and shadowa of what is in heaven. This is why Moses was warnedb when he was about to build the tabernacle: “See to it that you make everything according to the pattern shown you on the mountain.”a c 6 But in fact the ministry Jesus has received is as superior to theirs as the covenantd of which he is mediatore is superior to the old one, since the new covenant is established on better promises.
7 For if there had been nothing wrong with that first covenant, no place would have been sought for anothe
r.f 8 But God found fault with the people and saidb:
“The days are coming, declares the Lord,
when I will make a new covenantg
with the people of Israel
and with the people of Judah.
9 It will not be like the covenant
I made with their ancestor
sh
when I took them by the hand
to lead them out of Egypt,
because they did not remain faithful to my covenant,
and I turned away from them,
declares the Lord.
10 This is the covenanti I will establish with the people of Israel
after that time, declares the Lord.
I will put my laws in their minds
and write them on their hearts.j
I will be their God,
and they will be my people.k
11 No longer will they teach their neighbor,
or say to one another, ‘Know the Lord,’
because they will all know me,l
from the least of them to the greatest.
12 For I will forgive their wickedness
and will remember their sins no more.mc n
13 By calling this covenant “new,”o he has made the first one obsolete;p and what is obsolete and outdated will soon disappear.

I'm thinking this LARP camp thing is a waste of your obvious talents.

Way more money in religion. Much bigger revenue ceiling.

New business plan underway.
