Odd that one of the things so many called a weakness early on has actually been a positive for us this year.

I think we oughta keep watching the games, what do you think?

Re: against a bad rebounding team

Actually, we have been very competitive on the boards as of late, even without HP. The kids are working hard on position and being aggressive. At least that's what I see.

Yeah, well, that's what we should do, right?

We beat a bad rebounding team on the boards. Like a good team should. It was the difference in the game.

And we don't have no bigs. Not to mention that the "we're young" explanation was constantly countered by "so is Michigan" last year, but now their early defections, transfers, and corresponding lack of bigs is suddenly a good reason to tear down another IU win? Michigan has scholarships too, right?

Keep living in this strange world where IU isn't clearly better than last year's train wreck and isn't challenging for top 3 in the Big. I'll keep watching the games.

We also won the game because their two top scorers were out....Glad we won but facts are facts.

GO HOOSIERS!

Re: Yeah, well, that's what we should do, right?

And those four wins against ranked teams didn't happen, either. We should retroactively forfeit this win against Michigan because they have injuries and don't rebound well.

We've out rebounded our last 7 opponents including Wisconsin, Purdue, and Ohio St. Sheesh cherish the win people, we are not perfect, we are not a top 10 team at this point, but we are not mediocre. We are a pretty good team that lacks a little size from being a very good team. Go Hoosiers.

I've been very surprised

at how well we've rebounded in the B1G season.

Before today, we were 4th in the B1G in rebounding margin, and 4th in O-board %.

Not as hot in D-board%, at 11th, but it's still a net positive where most of us did not expect one.

I'll kee watching too but your crazy

If you think we can play let alone rebound w a big time team like a contender. See Louisville footage.

We didn't make excuses at Wisconsin

At Wisky, we were missing two starters and a reserve player if you want to count Davis. I don't think that makes the win count less for Wisconsin. We are tied for second in the B1G. I am going to enjoy that at least util Wednesday.

Re: awful post one of the worst I've read on here

Sarcasm and hyperbole can be fun, although not everyone understands them. Google them and use them when you can.

Yawn....

If you think you're qualified to project IU's likelihood of success, then please remind us what you predicted our record would be at this point. All you know is you don't like Crean and will crap on everything positive that happens until Crean is gone.

That's why you responded to a post about us winning another rebounding battle with a complaint about the quality of the opponent. That fact doesn't suit your point of view. Facts are only facts when they support the conclusion you've already drawn.

What's wrong, forgot to sarcastically mention that we should hang a banner for out rebounding Michigan?

Davis, a probable starter, has been out all year. HMP has

been out a significant amount of time. If we are going to make excuses I think IU has a claim as well. It does not matter who you have on the floor, you have to play the game regardless. Let's stop making excuses for our opponents when IU wins a game. Nobody is making excuses for IU for being down a couple of players and a couple of other players are playing hurt. Injuries are part of the game and a team has to be prepared to overcome that. If you cannot overcome that then it is not the fault of the opponent or less of a when for the opponent.

Check out the rebounding stats in our last several games.

I think IU is doing pretty good in this department.
