.... We are 2-0 with large margins as expected, we beat an 11th ranked team in a quasi-exhbition game and we are currently ranked 16th. So all this belly aching is from one half of basketball where the team trailed. Get real!

I am not belly aching at all. I deal with facts, from my gambling days. Call it what you want but playing two teams ranked over 300 and blowing them out doesn't impress me. Sure they beat UT. In fact on Sunday I didn't know they trailed in the first half, I forgot they were playing a game on Sunday. I know I might be an alum but I am not true fan even after being a small donor. I, like many others are just tired of 3 years of Woodson excuses. He likes the "we are a new team and need time" ... I thought I would write a comparison on what is possible.

I am real ... facts.

Is this going to be another 10-10 season in the B1G? Will they turn it on after December 1st? Will they start hitting open 3's or stop standing around on offense and watch an ISO underneath? Are those questions real enough for you? Doubt it. It is hard to see with the Woody blinders on.

First half was terrible. Second half was incredible, resulting in a 35 point difference between the two halves. But sure, coach Woodson didn’t make any adjustments. What did your eyeballs see the second half?

I think getting Ballo ready for B1G is imperative... Part of his development... Work him into shape... Once mastered you will see different options come forth.

True, our football team is 10-0; if that's not the clearest example of how a good coach and portal can immediately turn a program then I don't know what is.

While IU hasn't been able to lure any really good coaches since Sampson, our NIL program should change that...I hope. Dolson better have his list ready.

Early wins or loses don't mean a great deal. I understand an early loss doesn't help, but you want to see improvements as a team and individually. I'd like them to win every game, but beating less talented teams while playing poorly doesn't bode well for future success.

As it stands today they have a long way to go. They haven't played a full 40 minutes in either game and the offense and defense both need work. The hope is it starts to come together as they begin to play better opponents.

They have the pieces to win a lot of games. Those pieces have to be more consistent with clearly defined roles. I do not believe MR and OB playing at the same time is the answer. I know for a fact mass substitutions are not the answer. Willing to ride it out early to see how it develops win or lose.
