Visiting this and UCLA boards gives me the impression that Alford is hated by both. The linked article shows how he and, yes, his son, are despised by the Bruins. So, the fan bases of the both storied programs have found a common theme after all. I might add that at least our fanbase does not hate Brice Alford!
