Great drive but I saw two targeting hits on McCulley. On the td #27 just as he scores. No flag!!

I understand the “theory“ of the targeting rule, but it has been a total S…Show.
IMO, extremely inconsistently called!
It should be revamped.
And you are correct. Those are definitely targeting hits on McM.
