Remember when Trump threatened tariffs on German autos? That was the leverage he used to negotiate an agreement for Germany to build more LNG Ports to receive US exports. Biden shit-canned those negotiations and took sanctions off of Nordstrom II. Now Germany is scrambling. Yesterday Germany temporarily nationalized some of Gazprom’s NG units to ensure its NG supply. Trump saw this coming 4 years ago.

Trump wasn’t making a prediction— he was drawing the obvious conclusion based on previous Russian behavior. They slowed down energy delivery to Europe during the BO Admin, putting the screws to western Europe. A lot of people saw this coming. He was just stating the obvious.
