This is the B1G, where the most annoying teams succeed. Sure, they may lack the innate talent, but they're real gym rats, lunch pail hard hat kinda kids, willing to grind down the shot clock, always cleverly fou- I mean, play solid defense, never turn the ball over, make all their free throws, and jack up a ton of threes. This style gets laughed out of the building in the ACC or Big East, or at the next level, but this is what B1G basketball is all about. It may not work in the NCAA tourney, but it's good enough for the B1G.

I honestly don’t think they care that they got swept. We stormed the court and had let down games after beating them. I’d much rather have a conference championship and playing for the tournament championship. Alert a pretty solid year for Purdue if they win Sunday.
