Are you taking a page out of the book of excuses from IUScott and blaming the fans for the horrible results? We have one of, if not, the worst AD in the nation. Led by an inept, faceless, and blameless administration with no accountability anywhere to be found. The fans are the only thing keeping it afloat right now.

3. Stop having mass injuries

Develop a leader.

None of your list would have kept this season just concluded out of the dance had adequate leadership been present.
