Germany, Poland and the UK are now targets. Russia reportedly has ballistic subs parked in the sea off the English coast. Russia has already stated that logistic and training sites in Poland and Germany will be legitimate targets.

I think this actually give Trump a stronger negotiating position when he becomes President. And I wouldn't be surprised if he gave the OK to Biden to do it when they had their long discussion at the White House.
