I'll give Tom all the credit in the world he had nothing to start with and he built that up. He peaked in 2012 and again in 2013 but could do no better. It was very up and down after that with the exception of 2016 in which many were still drinking his Kool-Aid then. He should have honestly been fired after the 14-15 season.

That would’ve been extremely generous and patient. UK, UNC, etc would have fired him after year 3. Zero doubt about it. The Crean cult kept him around 6 years too long.
