The schedule shows only 5 games left

All are potential wins, but let's say we lose either Neb or tO$U. Record 17-13, 10-8. B1G seed would be 5 or 6 (7th place right now), so not playing first day. Win tourney (1st time ever), record would be 21-13 and auto bid. But, let's say IU gets to final game (loses), record then 20-14. Bubble consideration or NIT is best we can hope? Maybe IU has to beat tO$U? Maybe win all 5 remaining season games? Just wondering what posters are thinking. Sad to know just how bad those ISU and IPFW games impact us now, plus the give-aways to Wisky and ILL. Just those 4 games right now would have flipped the season (17-8 instead of 13-12). Woulda coulda shoulda.

I would rather lose in the first round of the tournament than win the NIT. Normally I don't want us in the NIT but this year it would be good for them to make the NIT and get some extra games and practices.
