2013: 29-7, 14-4, Big Ten champs. AP#1 and top overall NCAA seed
2003: 21-13, 8-8. Not great but AJ Moye and company still managed to win a first round game before losing every good Pittsburg team
1993: 31-4, 17-1. Big Ten champs. AP#1 in final poll, an elite 8 felt like a major disappointment that year.
1983: 24-6, 13-5 Big Ten champs. What a season for Kitchel and Wittman, reaching #1 during the season at one point, eventually losing to twin tower Mel Turpin and Sky Walker, despite Sam Bowie being out with a slow healing leg injury.
1973: 22-6, 11-3 Big Ten champs. Downing, Ritter and Green lead to Hoosiers to Bob Knight's first Final Four.
1963: 13-11, 9-5, 3rd in the B1G. A loaded team with Splinter Rayl, Tom Bolyard, Jon McGlocklin, and the Van Arsdale brothers. Slightly disappointing but still a solid team, earning a high of #8 in the polls.
1953: 23-3, 17-1 National Champs. McCracken's second title featured All American Don Schlundt who finished as the Big Ten's all time leading scorer
1943: 18-2, 11-2 2nd in the Big Ten but a great season led by Ralph Hamilton and Irv Swanson
1933: 5th in the conference.
