Often covered, this Joan Baez version from Woodstock is the one I most identify with

Love this deep dive on The Cranberries Zombie. You can learn A LOT from this emotional analysis. Zombie is truly one of the greatest rock songs of all time.

 
A song off the Apple Label I always loved, Paul was the producer for this. Story has it she sang it also in German, Russian, French, and Italian. On the Beatles Channel I am positive Peter Asher also said her native Welsh but I haven't seen confirmation anywhere. I would think Welsh would be difficult given their concept of replacing vowels with random consonants.
