I’m no Biden fan. But this is tacky and beneath a publication like The Economist.

I’d expect it from the NYP or the Sun or something along those lines.

I don’t disagree. The Dems’* situation is self-inflicted and should have been dealt with a year ago. But I gather they viewed the prospect of doing that as being helpful to Trump, which made it a non-starter.

The irony is that their choice to circle the wagons and dig in their heels will ultimately end up…helping Trump.

But, still, this cover image is an undignified cheap shot.
