Discipline of 20 yr olds is not easy...I remember from my Army days. Having said that, I want to comment about KW's policy of one game suspensions at the start of the season.
It is probably effective as far as the player is concerned but it has a downside and that is the potential of hurting innocent third parties...the player's teammates and the fans.
Someday it could really hurt an IU team. I wonder whether there are other alternatives. One might be loss of starting position...play on the second or third team for awhile. Any others?
