After watching St. Johns and Arizona State stumble around the basketball court last night, I'm convinced IU is a far better team than either of them.
It's the only for the First Four games I watched, but I was appalled that IU was left out in favor of either of St. Johns or ASU.
I understand that a team's W-L record matters, but far more weight should have been given to the fact that IU had been beset by major injuries while playing in the toughest league in the country.
This NCAA has once again turned the selection process into a subjective joke, gaming the criteria to suit the people sitting on the committee. Want a third -- and very weak -- Pac12 team in the dance? No problem when the chairman is form that league.
