Plyometrics is so hard!! I do bench tris one day. Shoulders bis the next. Free weights No legs.

I haven't lifted in 3 years--torn rotator cuff that just has never seemed to heal right. But, best advice I ever received was don't do a lick of barbell work--dumbbells only. I never cared for plyometrics --probably should give it a try. 4 days a week I do 500 hindu squats. My legs still suck ass, but at least I'm blown up

Damn that’s a lot!!!!

That is impressive as hell tho
Dog and I also go 2 1/2 miles at 5:00 a.m. every day and then the same at night when I get home. Weekends we are out the door by 6:00 a.m and go 5-6 miles. Good pace walking and maybe 3/4 of mile running because I hate running. Has made a huge difference in blood pressure and stabilizing blood sugar without a ton of insulin (type 1 diabetic). Also, I like to pretend my penis has doubled in size.

Once you get good at squats, you can get out 500 in about 20-25 minutes. Form is everything
That 20 minutes Is how I have kept up lifting. I do four sets of bench four sets of triceps. Done. 20 minutes. Next day four sets of military press. Four sets of curls. Done 20 minutes.

The walking you’re doing is solid. They say 10k steps a day but damn that’s a lot and time consuming
