So.............do we finally have a starting 5?

Morgan
McSwain
McRoberts
Green
Johnson
Maybe, it all depends on the match up for Morgan on defense and who checks him on offense. McSwain is there to give him a break against the main post, or the get a better matchup, if unneeded, then Smith plays. As long as Green plays in control, the job is his and has been, he's our most creative player and we need him to create. He has the skills and he has the opportunity, but just hasn't gotten it all in place yet.

Yes. That is currently the starting 5. Green at PG is the key to the season turnaround. Then bring in Al Durham at point guard. Hartman for Rojo when he's healthy. And Justin Smith should be front court 6th man as he has the most promise and upside.

It could be a decent scoring lineup. Green and Johnson can score at 3 levels. McRoberts is capable of hitting shots if wouldn't be so passive. Morgan is our best offensive player. And I don't want Mcswain jacking up shots but he can score pts around the basket.

McSwain scores a few points in the paint and misses atleast half his shots from two feet away from the rim. He just doesn't look to have much touch around the rim.

Newkirk plays very good defense and hits free throws. He just needs to slow his game down. Don't write people off so quickly.

McSwain puts pressure on our opponents every time a shot goes up whether it's him or someone else shooting. For IU to beat a top team several of our players will need to hit more shots.

Green is our best option at point guard and has been, I've said it all year. Hopefully he can stay consistent and keeps playing well. He's always had the talent, just has to get rid of the boneheaded plays, which over the past couple of weeks he has done a good job of.
