I heard I stat that, it's so incredible, I'm not sure I heard right - San Francisco lost 20% of it population last year?
I don't know. I do know that Calif has lost approximately 300,000 people in 20 and 21 due to people moving, covid, etc. I would also imagine they've seen a decline in internationals moving in, which is always huge in San Fran etc.
I just can't imagine why anyone would ever want to leave these beautiful paradises.
