While a bit dated now, I am wondering what is the rule on the shot clock? I know it is 30 seconds, reset only to 20 if offensive team keeps possession after rebound. Also resets to 20 for offense out of bounds after a common foul unless there was more than 20 on the clock at time of foul. But, I noticed twice in the Iowa home game that the clock only reset to 20 for IU when there was a change of possession. First half, after an Iowa turnover for shot clock violation (ball was actually loose in their backcourt but apparently IU had not secured possession before clock ran down), and in the second half when Garza threw a pass and it went into Iowa backcourt creating an over-and-back violation. Seems each time the clock was set to only 20 for IU to shoot. Anyone else see that? What is the rule?
