Will you offer your opinion on what this little girl may go through in 20 yrs when she realizes that she killed her baby and thinking of what they could be shareing together at that time, had it been alive? What emotional crap will she go through at that point? Not being able to look into her childs eyes, share it's thoughts.
OH you worry about 9 months of pregnancy,which is important of course. But what about making a FATAL decision that last the entire rest of her life?
Again, I am glad I don't have to help make this decision. But your Holy knowledge based on you having a cooter and uncontrollable emotions, are not overpowering qualifiers here. There are always multiple options. Sometimes, they are all painful and terrible.
I pray that this little girl can somehow find peace and a path in life. She is starting off well behind the curve of normality because of an illegal invitee from a shit hole life the he brought upon us. Thanks Brandon!

Joke’s on you. My wife just had surgery and is in a great deal of pain during her recovery. So I’m sure she wasn’t a lot of fun to be around.
On another note, I truly feel sorry for your stunted interpersonal growth.
And if this pregnancy, brought to full term in her 10 year old body, renders her barren for the rest of her life, what then? She could have had 17 children with her husband later in life, but now those souls are lost to the void forever.
This FATAL decision might have saved lives in the future. You don't know what the future holds and neither do I. But I do know that the odds of complications in a 10 year old pregnancy are high, and the longer she waited, the odds of those complications in both this pregnancy (for both herself and the fetus) and future ones increased.
Yeah, it's a sucky situation all around, but if she wanted to ensure a chance at a normal life later, this was probably the right call.

What kind of surgery? I hope she feels better soon. My words of experience, don’t rush recovery! Let things get healed more than she expects are needed before pushing it. A ruptured incision is something I wouldn’t wish on comic kid!

That's all fine and dandy, but this little girl shouldn't have to live with a pregnancy that she didn't want nor willingly participate in and thus wanted to abort. She is 10, one year older then my daughter, who is going to be going into 4th grade.

Going through the pregnancy is bad enough, but if they had made her have the child but let her give it away, she'd be wondering the rest of her life if someone like Charles Manson (born to a 15-year-old mother) will some day get a court order for his birth records to learn her name and then knock on the door to say, "Hi, Mom."
What if she was given the option to have the baby and give it up? Would you be ok with that? Who took her to Indiana and why did she have to go there? The Ohio law would have allowed her to get an abortion in Ohio. My issue is believing that an abortion necessarily has to be the best avenue for her healing. I absolutely do not believe this to be so. The issue with this girl who is 10 for crying out loud is that she was repeatedly raped.
