Puerto Rico Lovin Trump

You mean other comments like Biden did not want his kids attending school in a racial jungle? Or maybe having a known racist Robert Byrd as a mentor? Yet there is a comedian not even Trump makes a disparaging remark and yet Trump is held accountable? Yes maybe someone should have censored his speech beforehand. I am sure going forward something may need to be done.
Not sure if Biden's comments on busing blunt Trump's racist attacks on the Central Park 5, even after they were exonnerated...And the difference between Robert Byrd and other former Klan political figures, is that Byrd apologized and repudiated his racist past. While other former Dems just became Pubs and maintained the same racist orientation, see Jesse Helms, Strom Thurmond etc...

The fact that you don't know about Byrds public apology and repudiation of his racist pasts indicates you are an ignorant (not stupid) Trump voter. Are you aware that Obama gave a eulogy at Byrds funeral, as did Reverand Al. And also the NAACP considered the new Byrd an ally in the fight vs discrimination? From the statement the NAACP released following Byrd's death...

NAACP President and CEO Benjamin Todd Jealous said, "Senator Byrd reflects the transformative power of this nation."

"Senator Byrd went from being an active member of the KKK to a being a stalwart supporter of the Civil Rights Act, the Voting Rights Act and many other pieces of seminal legislation that advanced the civil rights and liberties of our country," he added"

So am I right. Were you just ignorant of the facts when you tried to point to Byrd as an example of "Biden's racism"...

Btw, Trump's issues with PR go beyond the comedians remarks. He deliberately delayed and limited assistance to PR after the Hurricane, and when he did visit embarrassed himself by shooting paper towels (like fts) into a crowd of devastated people...

I've watched every election, and that stuff doesn't work with other Republicans. They provide no ammunition to be used against them. Trying that against Haley would have been laughable and not even most libs would have believed it. While I've long criticized the media for their biased coverage, I've never feared it. Seems many these days fear it to the point that they miss the actual factual information that the media does report. The bias can be filtered out (both ways, by the way) with little effort. At least for me.

I liked Dick Cheney, who I actually met during DESERT SHIELD when he was the Secretary of Defense for GHW Bush. We made some strategic errors during GWB's term which are clear with the benefit of 20/20 hindsight. Cheney was part of those mistakes along with GWB. I believe his decision not to support Trump is correct.
"Some strategic errors during GWBs term"

That's quite the understatement for choosing to invade another sovereign nation to conduct a preemptive war. No 20/20 hindsight needed about how dumb it was:

Barack Obama, Oct. 2, 2002: "Now let me be clear – I suffer no illusions about Saddam Hussein. He is a brutal man. A ruthless man. A man who butchers his own people to secure his own power. He has repeatedly defied UN resolutions, thwarted UN inspection teams, developed chemical and biological weapons, and coveted nuclear capacity. He’s a bad guy. The world, and the Iraqi people, would be better off without him.

But I also know that Saddam poses no imminent and direct threat to the United States, or to his neighbors, that the Iraqi economy is in shambles, that the Iraqi military a fraction of its former strength, and that in concert with the international community he can be contained until, in the way of all petty dictators, he falls away into the dustbin of history. I know that even a successful war against Iraq will require a US occupation of undetermined length, at undetermined cost, with undetermined consequences. I know that an invasion of Iraq without a clear rationale and without strong international support will only fan the flames of the Middle East, and encourage the worst, rather than best, impulses of the Arab world, and strengthen the recruitment arm of Al Qaeda. I am not opposed to all wars. I’m opposed to dumb wars."

Pretty smart guy.

Nearly everyone was for both wars at the time. The military execution of both was good. The nation building efforts afterward were not so good. I say that as a guy that did some training for both Afghan (illiterate mostly) and Iraqi (literate and mostly competent) officers. Afghanistan was a failure. Iraq is still a partner nation and is making progress.

Thiel is German and is a US Citizen. Musk is also a citizen and I don’t get your angle. For being such a woke liberal you sure you have an issue with legal immigrants. I guess I answered my own question.
Well technically Thiel is German by birth (Franfurt), but like Musk and even fellow Trump troll David Sacks, Thiel spent many of his formative years in South Africa or within the South African community.. According to the report from Financial Times all 3 were tied (mainly thru family) to the apartheid regime in South Africa...

" Elon Musk lived in apartheid South Africa until he was 17. David Sacks, the venture capitalist who has become a fundraiser for Donald Trump and a troll of Ukraine, left aged five, and grew up in a South African diaspora family in Tennessee.

Peter Thiel spent years of childhood in South Africa and Namibia, where his father was involved in uranium mining as part of the apartheid regime’s clandestine drive to acquire nuclear weapons. And Paul Furber, an obscure South African software developer and tech journalist living near Johannesburg, has been identified by two teams of forensic linguists as the originator of the QAnon conspiracy, which helped shape Trump’s Maga movement. (Furber denies being “Q”."

My issue is with ultra wealthy billionaires surreptitiously trying to mold the governmental structure of the US by buying politicians and playing the puppetmaster. I'm speaking of Vance here, in case you weren't aware. Thiel was instrumental in financing the campaigns of both Vance and the clown who ran for Senate in AZ Blake Masters.Thiel is also a significant voice in pushing Trump to choose Vance...

Why do you think that is?

Why do I think that is? Maybe because people who have lived abroad in unsafe countries don’t want progressive policies to turn this country into a shithole?

Every immigrant that I know that have naturalized to the US swear our country is getting way too liberal and they’re considering their options to find yet another place to live.

Dems would have demonized her as a Southern Klanswoman, Woman Hitler and Anti Abortion. Not one thing would have been different except she wouldn’t have fought back like Trump.

The vote would have been as close and she most likely would have lost because fervent Trump Voters don’t like her and they would have stayed home.

Never Trumper Republicans could have felt good.

I told my in-laws when the Pub primaries were going on that if Haley were to get the nod, she'd get my vote and they immediately started in that she was a warmonger, why would I vote for that, ect.

Dems aren't the only ones that would demonize her.

I agree. If Haley was the nominee it would still be a close race.

The warmonger stuff is flat out ridiculous. It's a MAGA lie (or belief) that I despise.
