If you are interested in seeing them yourselves rather than relying on what the reporters, articles and "influencers" say about them, here you go:

You can form your own opinions on which ones are consequential or not consequential, good, bad or indifferent.

The most recent one always goes to the top of the first page, so if you're looking for his first ones you need to go to the last page.

He rescinded LBJ's EO 11246 -- which is affirmative action in employment among federal contractors.

Executive Order 11246

This is terrific news. We need to get all forms of racial (and gender, ethnic, etc.) discrimination out of public policy.

Federal contractors must certify they do not adhere to DEI as a condition of holding contracts
That seems like an overreach to me.

I’m no fan of DEI, to be sure. But I don’t think the federal government should be having a de facto mandate that companies don’t engage in it - so long as their practices comply with all applicable laws.

Based on reading thru the EO…it looks like they plan on targeting DEI for civil rights violations

In that case, I’m fine with it.

And I’m sure there are plenty of civil rights violations that happen in the name of DEI. So, keeping corporate DEI programs legal is fine….saying they simply can’t have one would not be.

I had to certify that I would hire and employ a certain percentage from public housing in order to qualify for Hamilton County/Cincinnati project bids. I refused.

Also received an RFP for a federal project that asked us to certify that we were not now nor had ever been involved in child sex labor practices in the Sudan.

As good stewards of taxpayer dollars, they should not be contracting with companies who promote or hire based on anything other than merit.

“Each agency shall identify up to nine potential civil compliance investigations of publicly traded corporations, large non-profit corporations or associations, foundations with assets of 500 million dollars or more, State and local bar and medical associations, and institutions of higher education with endowments over 1 billion dollars.”
