8 going/3 coming. Of those 8, only Morgan and Langford will be difficult to replace. 4 played in less than 1/2 of the games. Fitzner (11.5mpg / 3.5ppg) and McRoberts (13.7mpg / 0.8ppg) played in the majority but other than McRoberts' hustle plays they didn't contribute much.
You like to include Hunter but until it is announced that he won't be playing there is it should be assumed he will. If you want to include him as leaving based on rumors, then include Brunk as incoming based on the same.
Right now the team is still losing more than it's adding but it's not nearly as bad a you're trying to make it sound. It's not a mass exodus.
