I believe I saw this before AT LOUISVILLE... where the Ref will get on the PA Announcers Mic.... and explain to the crowd what they are looking for.... and after they make a decision... they get on the Mic again and tell the outcome of the call to the crowd.

I like that. We just guess at what they are looking at.... and you have 17,000 fans that have no idea what is going on.
This clears all that up.
