A "must see" new film from Angelo Pizzo, writer of "Hoosiers" and "Rudy." It premiers on November 13th and is a compelling non-fiction human interest story based on the real life challenges faced by Freddie Steinmark as a University of Texas football player on the 1969 national championship team.
Angelo invited Angie and me to a private screening of the film in Bloomington last Summer and we were blown away.
