I think based on what has been said and not said that indefinite suspensions usually come with some pattern of behavior rather than a single incident or two (Burnam and others in recent years) who are suspended for a game or two.
Unless it is a legal or major issue the first time or two I think most programs try to work through things internally.
I hope that once the outcomes are know that Ellison and Burnam take the consequences of their actions and are able to make a success of their future endeavors on or off the field in life.
